Select submissions will be offered a complimentary quantum consultation, with one organization being selected by D-Wave for a complimentary proof-of-technology project, subject to acceptance of the applicable terms and conditions. 

D-Wave will review the submissions following the 2024 INFORMS Annual Meeting and will contact the successful candidates for the complimentary consultations. A decision by D-Wave regarding the complimentary proof-of-technology project will follow completion of these consultations.
